Repairs

Did your furnace start leaking or break down in the middle of a cold night?  We are available 24 hours/ 7 days a week. We repair all models and makes of gas, propane, and electric furnaces. We provide fees upfront, and there is never any hidden cost.

New Installation

Installing heating systems such as furnaces is a complex process. It must be installed by a licensed and experienced contractor to ensure safety and efficiency. Our team specializes in installing all major brands of furnaces on residential and commercial properties.

We provide all major brands such as Armstrong Air, Ducane, Goodman, KeepRite, Lennox, and Payne. Our strong relationship with these manufacturers allows us to provide you with the best prices.

 Our team helps you select the right heating system based on a number of factors such as the size of your home, energy efficiency requirements, and budget. All of our consultations are free of charge. We outline all costs upfront with no surprise hidden costs.

Maintenance

We highly recommend an annual maintenance service to ensure your furnace runs efficiently, which in return provides both comfort and helps reduce bills. A maintenance service helps extend the lifespan of your furnace. It costs significantly less to get a maintenance service than it is to repair a broken-down furnace. A maintenance service also helps ensure everything is running smoothly, which in return, helps create a safe living environment. 

 

During the maintenance service our technician will:

  • Clean or replace standard air filters

  • Clean all required furnace parts (e.g., fans, blower assembly, pulleys, and belts)

  • Examine electrical control panels, thermostats, safety controls, and pilots

  • Examine heat exchanger for cracks and damage

  • Examine gas supply line and pipe fittings

  • Perform a complete system inspection

  • Provide recommendations on any needed repairs or issue

 

We recommend a maintenance service at the end of summer or the beginning of fall to ensure any potential issues are addressed before the temperature drops.

We offer a special maintenance package that includes an annual service for your heating system (furnace), cooling system (AC), water heater, and one complimentary repair service (replacement parts are extra).  Other maintenance packages are also available.
